Job summary

ALSAC in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Safety, Security & Business Continuity professional to oversee the safety program and align it with the organization’s continuity efforts. You will develop and maintain safety policies, train staff, and report on program performance to leadership.

The role emphasizes regulatory alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, with an onsite schedule five days a week at the National Executive Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years in safety/security/business continuity.
• Experience auditing, risk assessment, or compliance.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety program elements and integrate with continuity program.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement safety initiatives.
• Document and maintain program records.
• Train employees as needed.
• Prepare reports and metrics.
• Coordinate meetings and updates.
