Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. Regulatory Specialist to support sustainability compliance, market access and regulatory documentation. You will bridge Regulatory, Sustainability, Packaging, and Product Development, ensuring legal marketing and regulatory obligations are met.

The role requires collaboration across functions, data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment (Boston or Plano, TX). Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Compliance, Market Access, Packaging Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support global sustainability compliance, market access, regulatory documentation and reporting infrastructure.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions across Regulatory, Sustainability, Product Development, Packaging, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Coordinate packaging, environmental and product stewardship requirements and maintain documentation.
