Baker Hughes, a global energy technology company, is seeking a Regulatory and Sustainability professional to support regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and ESG reporting. The role involves coordinating multiple projects, preparing regulatory submissions, and developing dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline related to chemistry or environmental science.
• Experience in chemical, energy, manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience supporting global chemical regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving and data-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Effective communicator across functions and regions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and business reporting tools.
• Experience developing presentations, reports and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Support preparation, submission and maintenance of Tripartite Agreements for maritime transport of production chemicals per MARPOL Annex II, IBC Code and IMO requirements.
• Support global regulatory compliance activities for production chemicals including chemical registrations, notifications, product stewardship, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist regulatory programs including biocides, SDS authoring, hazard communication and other global chemical management needs.
• Manage regulatory and sustainability projects with planning, milestones, stakeholder engagement and progress reporting.
• Collect, validate and analyze sustainability and ESG data to support reporting requests and disclosures.
• Support sustainability reporting initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and external frameworks.
• Prepare responses to customer sustainability questionnaires, RFPs, supplier assessments and surveys.
• Develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools to improve visibility of regulatory/sustainability performance.
• Monitor emerging regulatory/sustainability requirements and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams across Regulatory Affairs, HSE, Product Management, Supply Chain, Commercial and Sustainability.
• Provide regulatory and sustainability guidance to internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
