Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury law, either pre-litigation or litigation.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and assess liability and damages.
• Develop case strategies and build compelling demand packages.
• Draft persuasive demand letters and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status.
• Coordinate with medical providers and specialists throughout the claims process.
• Prepare transition files for trial when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system.
• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to advance cases.
• Stay informed on Arkansas personal injury law and insurance practices.
