Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required, preferably in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A minimum of eight years in non-profit management with a successful track record in revenue generation through peer-to-peer events and corporate development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development officer and oversee unrestricted revenue goals including events and giving.
• Meet or exceed fiscal unrestricted revenue goals.
• Directly manage local fundraising staff and provide development opportunities.
• Develop, cultivate, and solicit a portfolio of corporate and individual donors.
• Foster a culture of philanthropy among staff and volunteers.
• Provide revenue forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with national teams to optimize development outcomes.
