Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Project Manager for Hospital Quality to lead cross-functional quality-improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders. You will translate data into actionable plans and drive sustained improvements across the hospital network.

The role reports to the Director of Quality and Outcomes and requires strong PM skills, experience in a matrix organization, and the ability to translate metrics into strategies actionable for physicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to senior management.
• Experience with PMBOK, Agile or similar approach.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to meet objectives on time and within scope.
• Create cohesive project plans and manage change control as needed.
• Develop metrics and scorecards; maintain dashboards for process/outcome measures.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning clinical operations and care coordination.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, executives and staff; document requirements.
