Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in universities, nonprofits, or international development programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and diplomacy.
• Experience with education solutions, workforce readiness, leadership development, or online safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support for program activities.
• Support participant and partner recruitment, intake, orientation, and follow-up; manage program inboxes and communications.
• Collect, track, and maintain records using SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Draft and edit reports, presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder materials with supervision.
