Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Case Manager for our ForFACT Team. Join a supportive, growth-oriented environment delivering community-based services to individuals with complex behavioral health and legal involvement.

Onsite in Aurora, CO, Monday–Friday, with a focus on outreach, care coordination, and advocacy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field; bilingual candidates receive differential pay and additional opportunities for supervision and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human services field.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate services and navigate community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychosocial services to improve clients' functioning.
• Assist with housing, income, medical care, and transportation needs.
• Coordinate outreach, advocacy, and care planning with a clinical team.
• Engage families, landlords, and community partners to support treatment.
