Job summary

Michigan Saves seeks an Environmental Program Manager to lead the Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund and Septic Replacement Loan Program, coordinating program planning, management, monitoring, and reporting.

You will collaborate across marketing, outreach, customer service, finance, and external partners to ensure accessibility and effective administration of programs that align with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong project and program management skills; ability to move complex initiatives from planning through implementation and maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with grant-funded or publicly funded programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and execution of Michigan Saves environmental programs (Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund and Septic Replacement Loan Program).
• Coordinate program activities across internal teams and external partners to keep progress on track and within budget.
• Develop and maintain processes, tools, and documentation to support program efficiency and efficacy.
• Monitor program performance metrics and prepare updates for stakeholders; ensure compliance with requirements and funding obligations.
