Merakey seeks Direct Support Professionals to join our Bala Cynwyd, PA program. Earn $18.75/hour with Enhanced Pay option. No experience required—paid training provided.

Shifts include 2pm-10pm and weekend hours, in diverse community settings to support individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, DailyPay, employee assistance program, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver''s license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting with IDD is preferred.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, housekeeping and laundry.
• Follow the Individual Support Plan to support independence and skills.
• Encourage, mentor and coach individuals to achieve goals in various settings.
• Create positive daily experiences in parks and sensory gardens while building social and communication skills.
