Job summary

Merakey in Yardley, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our dedicated team. No experience required—paid training is provided—and you will support individuals in daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement according to an Individual Support Plan.

Schedule: Mon-Thu 3:00pm-11:00pm, Sun 9:00am-9:00pm. Pay: $16.75/hr with up to $18.75/hr Enhanced Pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, DailyPay, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Individual Support Plan to assist with daily living activities, grooming, and personal care.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve goals and build independence.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry; support social and communication skills development.
• Help individuals navigate daily living activities such as park visits and sensory gardens.
