Job summary

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. in Alton, IL is seeking a Community Day Services Manager/QIDP to provide case management and person-centered services for individuals with disabilities.

You will develop individualized service plans, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance to promote independence through community integration and vocational activities. The role requires 1+ year in disability services, relevant degree, CPR/First Aid/CPI/QIDP training, and driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field or RN.
• Experience: 1+ year with people with developmental disabilities; IL DHS QIDP requirement.
• Certifications/Licenses: CPR, 1st Aid, CPI; QIDP and DSP training provided within first 4 months.
• Computers: Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Background Checks: Must pass state and federal checks.
• Driving: Valid driver's license; may drive company vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote person-centered services and coordinate with clients, families, and providers.
• Develop and update person-centered plans; monitor progress and documentation.
• Supervise facility and community-based services; coordinate work and transport.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team; enforce policies.
• Provide transportation for community activities when needed.
