Rocket Pharma seeks a Director of Internal & Employee Communications to lead enterprise internal communications strategy, connecting employees to mission, priorities, science, culture, and leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR, life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated, science-driven environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and message development skills for diverse employee audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal and employee communications strategy aligned to goals, culture, values, milestones, and engagement needs.
• Partner with the CEO, People Team, and leaders on messaging, talking points, presentations, town halls, manager cascades, and enterprise narratives.
• Lead organizational change management communications for transformation efforts and growth initiatives, including stakeholder mapping and toolkits.
• Write and edit high-quality employee communications: announcements, newsletters, intranet stories, executive messages, FAQs, videos, and event content.
• Own and optimize internal communications channels (Intranet/SharePoint, email, newsletters, digital signage, town halls).
• Measure effectiveness with metrics and feedback loops and drive improvements.
