Job summary

Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami seeks a Director of Advancement Operations to lead the Advancement Office, ensuring effective fundraising operations, donor engagement, and campaign administration. You will oversee staff, budgets, reporting, and CRM management in alignment with the school’s mission and goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in advancement leadership, experience with capital campaigns, and familiarity with Sacred Heart education.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of leadership experience in advancement operations or nonprofit management.
• Proven success leading teams and executing complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Strong expertise in advancement services, gift administration, donor databases, reporting, and CRM management.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning.
• Excellent organizational, project management and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential donor information.
• Familiarity with Sacred Heart education and Catholic independent schools preferred.
• Experience with capital campaigns, comprehensive campaigns and major gift efforts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the President, lead the Advancement Office ensuring effectiveness and alignment of all functions.
• Oversee fundraising operations, annual giving, campaign administration, donor engagement, stewardship and events.
• Manage volunteers and advancement services; build strong internal and external relationships.
