The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, clear communication, attention to detail, and experience building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a data-related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools.
• Experience with databases or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities across programs and engagement.
• Create dashboards and reports for staff, leadership, and funders.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives connected to mission and strategy.
• Collaborate with departments to translate questions into analytical approaches.
