Mid-America Transplant is seeking an Accountant to support timely, accurate financial statements and decision-making. You will maintain ledgers, process expense reports, manage AR/AP, payroll data, and fixed assets, and work with auditors to ensure GAAP compliance.

You will be part of a collaborative finance team, handling month-end close, journal entries, and budgeting support in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable and general ledger.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate journal entries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
• Process employee expense reports and related payments.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including Family House.
• Prepare payroll reporting and enter payroll data.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and asset records.
• Reconcile cash, bank, and investment accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries.
• Support monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners on compliance.
