Qualifications

• BS/BA/MS in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, in vitro immune/cell-based assays, molecular cloning.

Responsibilities

• Execute assays that characterize immunogenicity of engineered proteins, generating quantitative readouts.
• Scale and run high-throughput immune characterization workflows for rapid hypothesis testing.
• Maintain accurate lab records, inventories, and shared resources.
• Analyze and present data to guide experimental design.
• Learn new techniques and collaborate across scientific disciplines.
