Responsibilities

• Performs routine and complex clinical pathology testing and instrument management with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures quality control and proper recording of results across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic stages.
• Demonstrates knowledge of techniques, principles, and instruments and their interrelationships affecting results.
• Assists and mentors others as needed and supports a collaborative team environment.
