Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a pharmaceutical sales professional to implement the sales plan in a defined territory, delivering informed presentations to physicians and healthcare providers. You will act as a disease expert and drive coverage through planned activities while adhering to policies.

The role requires a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of pharma sales experience, with travel as needed. You must live within the territory boundaries to ensure efficient coverage.

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource. You will:

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory
• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

• Recent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers)
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success
