Job summary

Responsibilities include designing complex studies, executing experiments, cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, and developing mouse models.

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 5–8 years of immunology research experience.
• Experience in tissue culture, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Preferred: PhD in Biology/Immunology with knowledge of allergic diseases and B-cell/plasma cell biology.
• Preferred: training in mouse handling, basic surgical techniques, and collection of blood/tissue samples.
• Preferred: experience with GraphPad Prism, FlowJo/OMIQ, SoftMax Pro, and MSD Workbench software.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments based on provided projects and develop new methods to advance goals.
• Troubleshoot methodological issues, interpret data, and communicate results to the supervisor/team.
• Work with mice and perform collection of blood/tissue samples.
• Conduct cell culture and in vitro assays including ELISA.
• Design complex studies to assess therapeutic efficacy in models.
• Carry out flow cytometry, panel design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Develop and optimize mouse disease models with various analyses.
• Maintain lab equipment, order supplies, and keep detailed records.
