You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will implement the sales plan by delivering effective messaging to a defined list of current and prospective customers. You will utilize all marketing and promotional materials designed for the respective audience. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and developing business relationships with targeted healthcare providers.
  2. Engaging with key influencers and achieving customer interaction expectations, focusing on top target customers.
  3. Understanding and addressing both business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals through meaningful dialogue.
  4. Developing and implementing plans for your territory to meet sales goals.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license.
  • Residency within the territory or within its boundaries.

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience in Immunology, biosimilars, injectables, or related areas.
  • 2+ years of relevant market and therapeutic area experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Medical Benefit, Buy & Bill sales in the pharmaceutical industry.

The annual base salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, depending on qualifications and skills. Additional benefits may include a company car or allowance and performance-based bonuses.
