Job summary

Celltrion USA in Jacksonville seeks an Immunology Specialist to drive sales for assigned product(s). You will engage Healthcare Professionals, educate on indications, safety, and clinical benefits, and build durable relationships to meet revenue targets.

The CIS will manage territory plans, report activity in CRM, and travel as needed, maintaining compliance with all laws and Celltrion policies while representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Immunology experience required; gastroenterology and rheumatology familiarity.
• Biologics experience and knowledge of patient HUBs and specialty pharmacy.
• Strong selling, presentation and closing skills; regulatory compliance and high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategy and drive growth in the Jacksonville territory.
• Create territory business plans to achieve goals and report to Management.
• Engage customers in compliant, informative interactions reflecting understanding of their practice.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise with products using approved messaging and tools.
• Listen and respond to customer needs and questions.
• Manage daily call activity and data entry in CRM.
• Represent Celltrion USA with credibility to sustain a positive impression with customers.
• Participate in meetings and conventions; travel as required.
• Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and Code of Conduct.
