Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Immunology Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance across assigned geographies.

You will develop, implement, and optimize regional marketing strategies while engaging External Experts and internal partners to drive impactful, data-driven campaigns and negotiation of strategic partnerships. A strong regulatory mindset and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in immunology sales or marketing preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and regional marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Develop and optimize regional marketing strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with External Experts and cross-functional teams to drive insights and execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and AbbVie departments including Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and IT.
• Provide in-depth insights to inform marketing strategy, resource optimization, and brand performance.
