Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare business experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in Immunology or other specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategy, analytics, and overall business acumen required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive program management and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute pharmacy channel engagement plans for Immunology patients.
• Support launches and label expansions with specialty pharmacy partners.
• Monitor program performance, KPI attainment, and compliance.
