Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist for the OK-AR Ophthalmology region. The role requires proven selling success, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage a territory across local, regional, and national markets.

The incumbent will build targeted accounts, develop business plans reflecting market forces, and demonstrate deep clinical data understanding while adhering to compliance and company policies. Base pay ranges from $91K to $130K with eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ophthalmology or pharma-related field; 3+ years in ophthalmology.
• Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare diseases is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and expense targets with tailored strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and relevant disease states.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan and call plans to meet goals.
• Create/execute territory programs (speakers' bureau, symposia) to maximize sales.
• Maintain permanent customer records and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations and present a professional image in all interactions.
• Comply with regulations and company policies within the territory; participate in regional/national conferences.
• Attend conferences and travel as needed to manage the territory.
