Job summary

CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Executive Director of Immunology Sales to lead the Immunology/Neurology franchise and drive a multi-billion dollar business. You will guide strategy, foster key relationships, and align with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Training to accelerate growth.

You will lead Regional Sales Managers, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team focused on compliant, omnichannel sales execution across the US market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences.
• 12+ years of sales, sales management and/or marketing experience in healthcare with reimbursement knowledge.
• Rare disease and immunology/neurology experience.
• Experience building strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates relationships nationally and regionally with KOLs and advocacy groups.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Training.
• Creates and executes a comprehensive sales plan to meet US goals for Immunology/Neurology.
• Manages operating budgets within targets.
• Provides leadership and development for field sales team and indirect reports.
• Ensures compliant and ethical performance and omnichannel execution.
