Qualifications

• Advanced degrees in a relevant field with industry experience.
• Experience designing and driving industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of cell therapy development for immune-mediated diseases.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety reporting requirements.
• Experience working in matrix teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the medical and scientific aspects of early-phase clinical development for cell therapy programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Clinical Development Plans and DSUR/IB inputs.
• Co-lead ESCR strategy and external collaborations with investigators and partners.
