Job summary

The University of Oklahoma invites applications for the Project Manager of the Oklahoma Center of ImmunoEngineering (OCIE). The role provides project management support to leadership, develops project plans and milestones, ensures timely communications, and maintains financial compliance, preparing reports and organizing meetings, trainings, workshops, and symposia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Five or more years of experience managing/leading multiple projects.
  • Equivalency/substitution: 48 months of related experience may substitute for a total of 108 months.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a variety of projects to ensure financial, quality, service, and operational goals are met.
  • Oversee day-to-day management and development of project staff using performance planning tools.
  • Order supplies and resources to ensure OCIE has needed infrastructure.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure deliverables meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide active tracking tools and risk summaries for projects; maintain internal/external communications.
  • Assist Co-Directors in overseeing the Alteration & Renovation Project and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare annual project reports under OCIE leadership and Advisory Committee oversight.
