Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Fundamental laboratory skills gained through academic, internship, or industry experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a regulated environment and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of sample analysis studies and laboratory projects while ensuring data quality and scientific integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready laboratory environment.
• Document laboratory activities following GDP and established quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret data using applicable software platforms, with opportunities to expand analytical expertise.
• Perform laboratory procedures, record results, and maintain study documentation in accordance with protocols, methods, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and apply knowledge of industry regulations and quality systems, including GLP, GCP, GMP, CLIA, OECD, EPA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials accurately and efficiently.
• Perform essential laboratory support activities, including labeling, inventory monitoring, expiration-date tracking, waste management, and solution preparation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
• Assist with deviation investigations and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance efforts.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and improve laboratory processes.
• Effectively prioritize work and manage timelines in a fast-paced scientific environment.
