Job summary

University of Louisville laboratory is seeking a full-time lab technician to participate in an immuno-oncology project at the Health Sciences Center. Responsibilities include processing blood and tissue samples from human subjects for IRB-approved protocols, performing immune cell isolation, culturing, and in vitro functional tests, and assisting with animal tissue work as needed.

The role requires a strong background in cell biology and immunology, experience with PCR, IHC, ELISA, and flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of mandatory laboratory and safety training.
• May require professional certification.

• Analyze and summarize experimental results and report the results to the Supervisor.
