The State of North Carolina's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Public Health Educator I to support immunization communications. You will develop, update, and disseminate outreach materials, and collaborate with clinicians, public health staff, and stakeholders to promote vaccines for children and lifelong immunization awareness.

You will produce presentations, newsletters, and press releases, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of messages across statewide

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in health education from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years of experience in public health education or related field.
• Ability to translate health information into audience-appropriate materials.

• Produce presentations, newsletters, website updates, memos, and press releases.
• Maintain up-to-date immunization program guidance and resources.
• Collaborate with private and public stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging.
• Deliver audience-appropriate communication materials for provider and public outreach.
• Coordinate with Unit Manager to align activities with statewide priorities.
• Support statewide outreach strategies to raise immunization awareness.
