Job summary

The position collaborates with the Immunization Branch and external partners to deliver education, technical assistance, and outreach materials, with a focus on uninsured and underinsured populations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health Education or related field with experience in public health education.
• Experience in developing partnerships and engaging stakeholders to advance public health initiatives.
• Ability to assess community needs and use data to design outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of the Adult Immunization Program.
• Develop data-informed education and outreach strategies for vaccination gaps.
• Provide technical assistance, site visits, and outreach materials to providers and partners.
• Cultivate partnerships with immunization providers and community organizations.
• Develop targeted communication campaigns and educational resources for immunizations.
