Qualifications

• J.D. degree and State Bar admission required.
• Experience in immigration law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsels participants on immigration law and related issues.
• Assists participants in completing and reviewing immigration applications/petitions.
• Reviews and authorizes release of applications prepared by paralegal staff.
• Conducts immigration workshops and seminars for staff and community partners.
• Interprets immigration laws and regulations for staff and partners.
• Maintains data and reports on services rendered.
