Job description

We are looking for an Immigration Specialist for a global technology company. In this role, you will manage the immigration process for our employees entering the US.

This is a 3-month contract (extensions possible), 40 hr/week, remote role in the USA.

This will be a contractor role to Stage 4 Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immigration support and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline current immigration processes in the US, develop comprehensive immigration policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Examine US immigration cases, identify appropriate immigration streams, gather information and application documents, review files, submit applications, handle re-submissions, and ensure follow-up throughout the process.
• Support various immigration channels, including:
• US: RFE/NOID responses for O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, consular support assistance for immigrant visa (employment-based and marriage-based) and non-immigrant visa applications (B-1, H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1), including DS-160 and DS-260 forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of business immigration experience as an Immigration Specialist
• Familiarity with US Immigration policies and processes
• Experience managing individual pipelines and juggling multiple customers and priorities, with effective communication about deadlines
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
