CWJC seeks an attorney to join a vibrant, talented team providing legal assistance in humanitarian-based immigration matters. The attorney’s focus is removal defense for non-detained clients, funded under MACI, with training and mentorship offered.

The position is based in CWJC’s Worcester office and includes grant reporting duties. Qualifications include JD or equivalent, strong English and Spanish language skills, immigration law experience, and the ability to manage a growing caseload.

Formación

• J.D. or equivalent professional degree required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in immigration law and serving diverse communities is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to manage a growing, busy caseload over time.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative work style are important.

Responsabilidades

• Provide removal defense for non-detained individuals.
• Assist in preparation of periodic grant reports.
