Qualifications

• Active law license in the U.S. and NJ Bar.
• 1–3 years’ experience in removal defense.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings.
• Develop removal defense strategies incl. Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Adjustment of Status.
• Review immigration court packages for USCIS standards.
• Train paralegals on evidence organization and court prep.
• Collaborate with case managers to build strong cases.
• Maintain organized, timely case records and deadlines.
