Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation.
• Ability to appear in person in NJ, NY, and PA for court and client meetings.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings.
• Develop removal defense strategies including Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Adjustment of Status.
• Review immigration court packages and humanitarian visa applications.
• Assist in training paralegals.
• Participate in consultation events.
• Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong cases.
• Maintain organized case records.
