Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in immigration law preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file USCIS and EOIR petitions/applications.
• Organize supporting documentation and prepare evidence packets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the case management system.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Track deadlines and respond promptly to USCIS RFEs and NOIDs.
• Coordinate with translators and other third parties as needed.
• Conduct legal research as directed.
