Job description

Company Overview

We’re a fast-growing tech company on a mission to change the way immigration attorneys handle business immigration cases. By building advanced AI solutions, we make processes easier, faster, and more accurate for law firms and HR teams. Our vibe is all about innovation, teamwork, and enjoying the journey while tackling big challenges.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal Advisor to partner with our product development team. This role is ideal for currently practicing immigration paralegals —whether you’re at a large or small law firm, or contracted/freelancing. You’ll act as a liaison to introduce our product to your firm or peers, provide continuous feedback on existing features, and share insights that help shape our future roadmap based on real user needs.

If you’re passionate about improving legal workflows with technology and want to shape the tools you use every day, this is for you. This is a part-time, flexible advisor role—with the potential to evolve into a full-time position down the line if it’s a mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between your practice and our product team
  • Share ongoing feedback from your and your colleagues’ usage of the platform
  • Help introduce and champion the product within your firm or professional network
  • Advise on business immigration best practices, especially for H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-1/2/3, and PERM cases
  • Review platform features and workflows to ensure they reflect real-world needs and compliance standards
  • Suggest and co-create new features based on user experience and industry trends
  • Participate in occasional user testing and product feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure legal accuracy and usability of automation tools and document generation features
  • Provide input on the ethical and regulatory considerations around legal tech and AI in immigration practice

Time Commitment

We understand your time is limited—this role requires only 1–2 hours per week. In return, you’ll receive free access to our product for you and your colleagues up to 5 visas, a commission if your referrals are onboarded as customers, and a unique opportunity to shape the tools you use in practice. If things go well and you're open to it, this could evolve into a full-time role as the company grows.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently working in a law firm, operating your own practice, or actively engaged as a contract immigration paralegal
  • At least 1 year of experience in business immigration law (law firm, in-house, or government)
  • Strong grasp of employment-based immigration workflows and filings
  • Ability to clearly articulate legal concepts and translate them into tech requirements
  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback, and working in a collaborative, iterative environment
  • Bonus: Experience with legal tech, AI tools, or case management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Flexible, low-commitment advisory engagement
  • Free access to our AI-powered immigration product for you and your firm up to 5 visas (and trials for all new features)
  • A direct line to influence how the next generation of legal tech is built
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Potential pathway to a full-time leadership role in product or legal strategy
  • Commission on sales you bring on

How to Apply

If this sounds like your kind of gig, hit apply! We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer and value the varied perspectives and experiences our advisors and team members bring. We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
