Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration law, with at least one year of preparing O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW visas.
  • Strong understanding of USCIS regulations and procedures related to O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 (National Interest Waiver) visa categories.
  • Excellent research, writing, oral, and analytical skills with clear and concise legal communication.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Role Summary - Immigration Paralegal (O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW)

We areseeking a talented and ambitious immigration paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role supporting foreign nationals of extraordinary ability seeking O-1A, EB-1, and EB2-NIW petitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft compelling petitions and meticulously gather supporting documentation, including recommendation letters, evidence of achievement, expert opinions, and national interest justifications for O1A, EB1a, and EB-2 NIW.
  • Stay abreast of intricate immigration laws and regulations to develop winning legal strategies for each case.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, attorneys, USCIS, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
  • Manage case workflow efficiently, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments.
