Jackson Walker, the largest law firm in Texas, has an exciting full‑time employment opportunity for an Immigration Paralegal in our Houston office. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Immigration Paralegal works closely with attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of U.S. business and individual immigration matters.
This role requires comprehensive knowledge of immigration processes, the ability to manage multiple case types simultaneously, and frequent interaction with clients, internal stakeholders, and government agencies while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
This position operates in a normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise or temperature variations. Due to workload demands and filing deadlines, work may occasionally require more than 40 hours per week and irregular hours.
