$65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Title: Corporate Immigration Paralegal

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Corporate Immigration Paralegal to join its Detroit-area office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative legal team supporting employment-based immigration matters for a diverse corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.)
• Draft supporting letters, forms, and documentation for USCIS and DOL filings
• Maintain and manage case files and immigration tracking systems
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings
• Assist attorneys with audits, RFE responses, and compliance matters

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate/business immigration law
• Strong understanding of employment-based visa categories and processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, Tracker) preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience)

Compensation: $65,000–$95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
