Job summary

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our growing Immigration and Global Mobility Services practice group. The role requires handling a range of business immigration petitions, including H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, and related filings.

You will independently analyze documents, manage your case docket, and communicate with clients and attorneys to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • Previous experience in preparing business immigration applications, including a demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, K-1, I-130, N-400, DACA, etc.
  • Experience with other types of immigration matters is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling a high volume of cases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse professionals.
