The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. in Dallas is seeking an Immigration Law Clerk to support attorneys with case preparation, filings, and client communications.

The role emphasizes strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced immigration practice. Ideal candidates are currently in a JD program or recent grads with a genuine interest in immigration law, willing to commit to at least one year and grow into an Associate Attorney role

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a JD program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate is required.
• Experience in a U.S. immigration law firm is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support strategy.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence under supervision.
• Prepare and file immigration applications, motions, and supporting docs with EOIR/USCIS.
• Prepare immigration forms and ensure filings meet standards and deadlines.
• Maintain organized case files and confidential information.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Support attorneys with case prep and administrative tasks as needed.
