Applicants should have a J.D. degree, be a member in good standing of the bar, and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a J.D. degree (or equivalent) and be an active member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and residence in the district or within 25 miles.
• Experience in federal civil litigation or related practice is preferred.

• Handle related matters such as mandamus and APA challenges.
• Prosecute affirmative civil immigration enforcement actions in federal district court when assigned.
