Qualifications

• 4+ years of business immigration experience with an Associate’s degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of proofreading and drafting documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle various employment-based immigration matters independently.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies.
• Conduct client intake and establish case strategies.
• Improve team productivity and assist in training new members.
