Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking staff to support ICE Field Office operations at the Imperial Regional Detention Center in Calexico, CA. The role focuses on accurate case processing, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records in ICE systems.

You will coordinate with ICE offices, prepare and review removal documents, and assist with interviews, scheduling, and docket updates as required. Strong attention to confidentiality and federal policy compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Experience handling sensitive information preferred.
• US Citizenship or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Process cases and maintain immigration records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Enter data into ICE systems and manage case files.
• Coordinate with EOIR, USCIS and ICE offices for interviews and removals.
• Prepare removal and court-related documents and monitor case status.
