Qualifications

• 2–5 years of substantive immigration law experience.
• Strong legal analysis and strategy development for complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse immigration caseload including family-based, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, and humanitarian matters.
• Handle U visas, T visas, asylum, removal defense, and EOIR proceedings as needed.
• Develop legal strategy, review work by paralegals, and move cases forward with minimal supervision.
