Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in TX.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of USCIS matters in family-based and humanitarian immigration.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
