Job summary

Limitless Workforce in New York, NY is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 2–5 years of employment-based experience to personally draft complex petitions and own cases end-to-end.

You will draft EB-1, NIW, O-1 and PERM petitions, develop legal arguments, respond to RFEs and NOIDs, and handle H-1B/L-1 matters, working closely with senior immigration attorneys in a collegial, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of business immigration experience.
• Direct authorship of EB-1, NIW, O-1 and PERM matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• New York Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Draft EB-1, NIW, O-1, PERM and related employment-based petitions
• Develop legal arguments and case strategy
• Prepare responses to RFEs, NOIDs and complex eligibility issues
• Handle H-1B, L-1 and other business immigration matters as needed
• Work directly with experienced senior immigration attorneys
